Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner's portal.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for security reasons.
  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times of 7-10 business days.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Return Policy

7-Day Easy Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your ShopHub account
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  4. Choose your preferred return method (pickup or self-ship)
  5. Pack the item(s) securely with all original packaging
  6. Hand over the package to our courier partner or ship it to our warehouse

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, underwear, and socks
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Cosmetics and beauty products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards and vouchers
Important: Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same product. To exchange an item:

  • Initiate a return and select "Exchange" as the reason
  • Choose your preferred replacement size/color
  • We'll ship the replacement once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund appears in 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refund appears in 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund to bank account or as store credit (your choice)
  • Store Credit: Available immediately for future purchases

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned with missing parts or accessories
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items not in original condition

Shipping Charges Refund

Shipping charges are refundable only in the following cases:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item was lost in transit

For all other returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
